Hi, I’m Matt Mitchell (he/him/his), owner and lead planner of award-winning Mitchell Event Planning.
Serving couples in Atlanta and beyond
Since 2017, I have served a diverse clientele within the wedding industry by providing high-end personalized weddings, one where you create your own traditions and make it a reflection of your love story.
As a member of the LGTBQ+ community, I know what it feels like to be discriminated against, and my goal is to make sure that every couple I work with (traditional or non-traditional) feels heard, seen, and included. My clients come from many different orientations, religions, gender identities, abilities, and traditions. I’ve served LGBTQ+, later-in-life, Jewish, Hindu, and multicultural weddings, among others.
No matter who I’m serving, I always go above and beyond.
Although I’m a native Alabamian, I now live in Atlanta, Georgia (Buckhead) and have planned weddings throughout the state of Georgia and beyond. As a lover of travel, I embrace opportunities to travel anywhere my assistance is desired, and I look forward to being able to serve you.
